Here are some “health and beauty tips” to help you look great and stay healthy.
Exfolate your face and body twice a week to make the skin glow. It removes the dead skin and clears the clogged pores. It also improves the blood circulation under the skin when you massage to exfoliate. Be sure you use two different scrubs one for your body and one for your face. Use a loofah to exfoliate your body and remove all the dead skin. Use a soft brush for your face or apply an exfoliating scrub with your hands. A loofah can be too harsh for your face.
Eat a well-balanced diet: Admit it or not but we all are addicted to junk food. To have a healthy body and healthy skin try eating more fruits and vegetables, maybe add some Greek yogurt. Choose whole grain bread instead of refined, eat eggs for breakfast and increase your protein intake. Make a list and stick to it. Prepare a time-table and have your meal accordingly. You will see the difference when your body starts absorbing all the important proteins, vitamins and carbohydrates.
While exercise can help you reduce weight and lose that extra belly fat, it can also improve your immune system and protect you from seasonal illnesses. By making exercise a daily habit, you will start feeling fresh and more energetic. Try a one-month challenge, invite friends or family to join. You will be happy to see the results and your hard work will definitely pay off!
